SLA (Stereolithography)

What file formats do you accept?
We accept all major 3D CAD formats including STEP (.stp), STL, OBJ, SolidWorks (.sldprt), and Parasolid (.x_t). For multi-part assemblies, STEP is preferred. 2D drawings in PDF are helpful for callouts and finishing requirements.
How fast can parts be produced?
Rapid prototyping orders typically ship in 1–5 business days. Low-volume runs are 5–10 days. Production orders 10–20 days. Rush timelines are available — contact us to discuss your deadline.
What materials are available?
We offer a wide range of engineering thermoplastics (nylon, ABS, polycarbonate), high-performance materials (PEEK, Ultem), flexible elastomers (TPU), photopolymer resins, and metal powders for SLM. Visit our materials page for the full list.
Can you produce end-use production parts?
Yes. MJF, SLS, and SLM are all well suited for end use production parts. We help you select the right process and material for your functional, mechanical, and environmental requirements.
Do you offer post-processing?
Yes — we offer as printed, painting, electroplating, polishing, and support removal. Post-processing options can be selected when you submit your quote request.
