Frequently Asked Questions
Have a question not covered here? Contact our engineering team directly and we’ll get back to you fast.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no hard minimum. We support single piece prototype tooling runs all the way through high volume production. Costs are higher per part at low volumes due to tooling amortization, but we work with you to find the right solution for your program.
What is your typical lead time?
Prototype tooling typically runs 1–3 weeks. Low-volume production tooling is 3–6 weeks. Full production programs vary by part complexity and volume. Most standard orders are completed within 15 working days from design approval.
Do you offer DFM (Design for Manufacturability) support?
Yes — our engineering team reviews every part for wall thickness, draft angles, parting lines, gate locations, and other moldability factors before tooling begins. We flag issues and recommend design modifications to prevent costly rework.
Can you handle complex part geometries?
Yes. We support side actions, lifters, collapsible cores, unscrewing features, and other advanced tooling mechanisms for complex undercuts and geometries. Contact our team to discuss your specific requirements.
Do you offer finishing and secondary operations?
Yes — we offer SPI A through D surface finishes, painting, pad printing, ultrasonic welding, insert installation, assembly, and packaging. Secondary operations can be specified in your quote request.
Can I see examples of past work?
Yes — contact our team and we’ll share relevant case studies and part examples from similar industries and applications. We work across automotive, consumer products, industrial equipment, electronics, and medical devices.
