CNC Machining Materials
We machine a wide range of metals, engineering plastics, and specialty materials. Every material is stocked and ready for your next project.
Surface Finish Options
Choose from a variety of finishing processes to match your project’s performance, durability, or aesthetic requirements.
As Machined
Parts are left with visible tool marks and no additional surface treatment. Ideal for functional prototypes or internal components where appearance isn’t critical.
Polished
Removes fine tool marks and smooths surfaces to a semi-gloss or gloss finish. Common for consumer facing parts and aesthetic prototypes.
Sand Blasting
Applies a matte, uniform texture by blasting the surface with fine abrasive media. Great for reducing glare and evening out surface imperfections.
Anodizing
An electrochemical process that increases corrosion resistance and allows for vibrant color finishes (commonly used for aluminum).
Powder Coating
Durable, colored finish applied electrostatically and cured with heat. Resistant to wear, corrosion, and UV. Making this process excellent for outdoor or high-use parts.
Electroplating
Metallic coating applied via electrochemical process. Adds corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal. This process is often used for chrome, nickel, or gold finishes.
Tolerances for CNC Machining
Standard and precision tolerances for milled and turned components. Contact us for tight tolerance requirements.
General Tolerances
Metals: ISO 2768-m
Plastics: ISO 2768-c
These are our standard tolerances for parts without specific tolerance callouts.
Precision Tolerances
We support tight tolerance work and can meet exacting specs when detailed in your technical drawing or 3D model. Our team is experienced with GD&T callouts and critical features, and we can hit tolerances tighter than ±0.001 in (±0.0254 mm) when requested.
Minimum Wall Thickness
0.5 mm
Recommended minimum to ensure structural integrity across most materials.
Minimum End Mill Size
0.5 mm
Small end mills can achieve detailed features, but may affect cost and lead time.
Minimum Drill Size
1.0 mm
Standard for creating deep, straight holes with high accuracy.
Maximum Part Size
CNC Milling: 4000 × 1500 × 600 mm
CNC Turning: 200 × 500 mm
Large format machining for oversize components and fixtures.
Minimum Part Size
CNC Milling: 5 × 5 × 5 mm
CNC Turning: 2 × 2 mm
We support small, detailed parts where precision is critical.
Production Volume
Prototyping: 1–100 pcs
Low Volume: 101–10,000 pcs
High Volume: 10,000+ pcs
Whether you need a single prototype or full-scale production, we scale with you.
Lead Time
Standard Projects: 7 business day manufacturing lead time
Rapid Jobs: As fast as 3 day for simple parts
Expedited lead times upon request — perfect for urgent projects and tight deadlines.

Frequently Asked Questions
Have a question not answered here? Contact our engineering team directly and we’ll get back to you quickly.
What file types do you accept?
We accept all major 3D CAD formats including STEP (.stp), IGES (.igs), SolidWorks (.sldprt), Parasolid (.x_t), and STL. 2D drawings in PDF or DXF are also helpful for tolerancing and finishing specifications.
How fast can parts be made?
Standard lead time is 7–10 business days from quote approval. Rush orders (3–5 business days) are available for most part geometries. Contact us to discuss your timeline.
Can you hold tight tolerances?
Yes. We routinely hold tolerances to ±0.001 in (±0.0254 mm) on critical features. For tighter requirements, contact our engineering team to discuss feasibility based on geometry and material.
What industries do you serve?
We serve automotive, motorsports, robotics, industrial equipment, consumer products, aerospace, medical device, and general product development clients across the US.
Do you offer surface finishing services?
Yes — we offer as-machined, bead blasting, polishing, anodizing, powder coating, and electroplating. Finishing options can be selected when requesting your quote.
What happens after I submit a quote request?
Our engineering team reviews your CAD files, analyzes manufacturability, and sends back a detailed quote typically within 24 hours. We’ll follow up if we have any questions about your design.
