DOCUMENTATION & INSPECTION
The paperwork your quality system needs
Inspection documentation, material certifications, and quality reports are available for projects ranging from a single prototype to full production. Tell us what your quality system requires when requesting a quote.
Quality inspections
Every order receives applicable dimensional and visual inspections, with first article inspection reports available upon request.
Material compliance
Inspection processes are tailored to your materials, drawings, specifications, and acceptance criteria for consistent results.
Quality documentation
First article inspection reports and certificates of conformance are available when specified during quoting or upon request.
Issue resolution
If an issue arises, we work directly with your team to investigate the cause, determine a resolution, and address concerns.
HOW WE DELIVER
Built so nothing slips through
Every order follows controlled workflows, documented procedures, and expert review—three layers designed to identify problems before your parts reach you.
Tight Tolerance Workflows
From setup through inspection, we manufacture parts to the tolerances defined on your drawing. Tolerances of ±0.005 in or tighter may be available depending on the material, geometry, and manufacturing process.
Standard Operating Procedures
Our manufacturing network follows documented, repeatable procedures designed to produce consistent results without guesswork or surprises.
Human Oversight, Every Time
Quotes, inspections, and packaging are reviewed by real experts, not just algorithms or AI.
OUR PROCESS
Quality, checked at every phase
From material certification review to final inspection before shipment, every order moves through a consistent three-phase quality process. Requirements are defined before production begins and verified before shipment.
Controlled inputs. Consistent outputs.
We source materials from qualified suppliers and define the required process controls before production begins. Manufacturing requirements, inspection criteria, and applicable documentation are reviewed so results remain consistent from the first part to the last.
Built-in Quality Checks. No Surprises.
Critical dimensions can be inspected throughout production based on the requirements of the job. Each order receives final inspection before shipment, while first-article reports and additional inspection requirements are available when specified during quoting.
Certs, reports & traceability. Just ask.
Material certifications, certificates of conformance, inspection reports, and lot traceability are available when requested. Tell us what your quality system requires when submitting your quote so the necessary documentation can be included in the production plan.
FAQ
Questions, answered
Have a question that is not answered here? Contact our engineering team directly and we will get back to you quickly.
What file types do you accept?
We accept major 3D CAD formats, including STEP, IGES, SolidWorks, Parasolid, and STL. PDF and DXF drawings are also helpful for communicating dimensions, tolerances, materials, and finish requirements.
How fast can parts be made?
Timing depends on the process, material, quantity, and complexity of your parts. Quotes are typically provided within 24 hours. Prototype orders may be completed in as little as 1 to 10 business days, while larger production orders may require additional time.
Can you hold tight tolerances?
Yes. We can hold tolerances as tight as ±0.001 inch on critical features when the material, geometry, and manufacturing process allow it. Include a drawing with your CAD files so our engineering team can review each tolerance requirement.
What industries do you serve?
We support customers across automotive, industrial equipment, consumer products, product development, and other industries that require dependable custom parts. Contact us to discuss the requirements for your application.
Do you offer surface finishing services?
Yes. Available finishes include anodizing, powder coating, plating, polishing, and other options based on the material and manufacturing process. Tell us your appearance and performance requirements when requesting a quote.
What happens after I submit a quote request?
Our engineering team reviews your files, material, quantity, tolerances, and finish requirements. We will contact you if we have questions, then provide clear pricing, estimated timing, and the next steps for production.
