 MATERIALS

Injection Molding materials

We offer a wide range of injection molding materials to support projects from simple prototypes to complex, high-volume production.

ABS

Tough, impact-resistant, and easy to mold. The go-to for enclosures, housings, and consumer products.

Polycarbonate (PC)

High impact strength and optical clarity for lenses, guards, and parts that can't afford to crack.

TPU / TPE Elastomers

Rubber-like flexibility for grips, seals, gaskets, and soft-touch overmolds in a range of durometers.

Nylon (PA6 / PA66)

Excellent wear resistance and strength, ideal for gears, bushings, clips, and structural parts. Available glass-filled.

Polypropylene (PP)

Chemical resistance, living hinges, and low cost. The workhorse for containers, caps, and high-volume parts.

Acetal (POM / Delrin)

Low friction, high stiffness, and dimensional stability for precision moving parts and mechanisms.
